Portable ice rinks
Our company is a leader on the Polish market in designing and building seasonal portable ice rinks that can be erected in the autumn/winter season. Within past few years we had made many constructions in Poland that got excellent references from our Customers.
We can deliver and assemble our products at any place in Europe.
Portable ice rinks can work without problems at ambient temperatures of up to +10 oC, wind speed below 2m/s and difused solar radiation. Time required for ice rink assembly does not exceed 7 days.
Our offer of portable ice rinks includes:
- professional refrigeration units,
- ice rink sheet refrigeration systems,
- "self-freezing" fordable mobile dasher boards,
- lighting and sound system.
Refrigeration units installed on our ice rinks meet the highest technical and quality standards. All our units are equipped with an automatic control feature allowing for fully self-automated operation. Refrigeration's chilling power is matched in dependance of total ice sheet surface. Refrigeration units have compact structure, two chilling circuits, a compressor's self-automatic few degrees control that uses electrical energy efficiently, work on eco-friendly CFC gases and glicol, are quiet (they meet the requirements of EUROVENT) and are adapted to work in the outdoor environment.
Refrigeration system
Modular refrigeration system QI 250 is a system of interlocking components measuring 2.5 m in length connected by fast joints. The cooling mats of each of the modules are made from a carefully selected blend of EPDM. Manifolds are working in the Tiechelman's system. Each module is encased in a rigid framework of steel units for easy transport and storage.
Our product meets the requirement of safety and enviromental protection by the norm PN-EN 378-1.
Modular refrigeration system QA 100 is a system of interlocking units measuring 1m in width connected by fast joints. Each unit consists of modules measuring c.5 m in length and being made from aluminum pipes. Special distance profiles maintain the scale among pipes in the module. The joined modules used in this system guarantee easy and fast assmebly and disassembly, waterprofness, flexibility, durability and evenness of pressure's layout.
Mobile dasher boards are produced in two versions:
- based on a framework of closed galvanized steel frames with PE HD
- made from a polymer composide based on polyester resin reinforced by glass fibre and strengthened with interlacing steel ribbing.
Lighting and sound system is a system solution that incorporate aluminium poles fitted with metal halogen fixtures as well as speakers withstanding outdoors conditions.
